Random old duplicated transactions downloading

Just a quick note to let people know I'm seeing this — In today's download I'm getting random old transactions, previously downloaded, downloaded again. One or two were from earlier this year, but others are from 2024 and 2023. It's not a flood of them, but just random individual transactions, from a number of different unrelated financial institutions.

Not a problem for me — I look at the register, I see they're already downloaded (have a Downloaded ID), and I delete them instead of accepting them. But it is curious why it's happening.

My guess would be something has changed in the download interface such that the download ID (or some other identifying field) is just slightly changed for an occasional transaction.

    If you haven't done so already, I'd say it's time to contact Quicken Support on the phone during posted hours of operation and request help. Let them do a screen share session with you to review the situation on your computer, to determine the nature of the problem and to figure out how to fix it.

    If it had continued, I probably would have. But this morning's download did not include any old transactions.

    Began to randomly happen to me as well. Strange but no harm, just deleted them.

    And confirming — this morning's download was normal as well. The random old-transaction issue seemed to be a one-day event.
