Direct Connect Not Showing Up, Nevada State Bank

I've been using Quicken with Nevada State Bank for downloads and have always been connected Direct Connect. It spoted downloading the other day with the error.

"Nevada State Bank - Direct

It appears this account is at a bank that no longer supports downloading. You can resolve this by disconnecting to make this a manual account or set up the account at a new bank. (112)"

I called my bank and was told Direct Connect was still active on their end. I disconnected the account and when I went to re-connect the Direct Connect option under the bank was not there, only the WEB connect. I re-established the connection with WEB connect and was able to download my transactions. Did Quicken deactivate the Direct Connect?

    If it is no longer showing up in the list (and I saw what you are seeing as well-web connect only), then it sounds like your bank has decided to no longer partner/pay the fees to support DC for Quicken for Mac.

    I did check with my bank and they are still connected to Quicken Direct. Don't know why it's not in the menu anymore.
