Will we ever remove online billers whom either no longer works with this integration or have never worked? I now have billers that use to work and now do not.
After 15+ years of using Quicken software maybe its time to start looking for something else.
I also think that tier one support does not have the tools necessary to identify if a biller (i.e. integration) is operational. I'm sure this company uses some kind of logging (i.e. Splunk, Kibana, etc.), it certainly would help this support channel by identifying if a biller last worked 10-mins ago, or 10 months ago. The support team just does not have the tools necessary to be champions.
