Options positions showing up even though closed out and "show closed positions" not checked

After the last software update, Options positions are showing up even though closed out and "show closed positions" not checked. Positions from years ago suddenly showed up. Share balance is 0. Is there a software update forth coming or a workaround? Thank you.

    If this started occurring right after installing the latest update, we recommend restoring a pre-update backup. You can follow the step-by-step instructions in this support article to restore a backup.

    The backup you’ll want to choose will typically have "pre-update" in the file name. If you don’t have one labeled that way, select a backup dated from before the issue began.
