Quicken is stuck in the Taskbar. I have rebooted my PC, tried maximizing/restoring from the minimized quicken in the Taskbar, but nothing works. I am in dire straits!

This is usually caused by the fact that you last had Quicken on a monitor that is no longer hooked up.
Quicken doesn't check to make sure that the saved location that it is going to restore to is on a display that is no longer there.
Hover your mouse over the Quicken icon in the Taskbar, then right click on the small window showing Quicken and select Move. Now click one of the arrow keys. From there you should be able to click on hold your mouse left mouse button and drag the Quicken window on to your display.
