Quicken does not download/sync pending transactions in Fidelity Cash Management Account

I have successfully configure current version of Quicken Windows to connect/download from Fidelity. This is working across all of my accounts except for the pending cash management payments/transfers transactions.

Is there a way these pending payments/transfers can be downloaded to Quicken so they show up in the Quicken calendar.
