Investing/Performance Graphs -- Hover Info Opens in wrong monitor on 6 screen system
I have a 6 screen system (NVIDIA Graphics Bds) running Windows 11 24H2. When I hover the pointer in the Perfamance Graphs, the Info Box opens in the upper left monitor instead of the main monitor (middle lower). Note that if I move the main Quicken window into the upper left monitor and restart Quicken, the hover info boxes can't be found. If I move the main Quicken window to the lower right monitor and restart, the hover info box shows in the upper middle monitor. Quicken seems to point the boxes up 1, left 1 from the Quicken window.
I have reported this before and tried all the "get arounds" posted, but the problem persists. I know this problem has been reported to Quicken developers (April 2025?), but so far no feedback on what causes it or when a solution might be available.
The one "get around" that almost worked involved disconnecting all but the main monitor and restarting and afterward plugging in the other monitors. The hover in wrong monitor did not occur, but the problem returned after restarting with all monitors plugged in.
Please escalate this issue to get it fixed and/or provide info on the cause.
NOTE that Windows did an update today (8/13/2025) and the problem is still there.

The forum monitors have already responded with your other post stating that a problem report number has been assigned to it. There isn’t anything else anyone can do. You are fooling yourself if you think that one person posting such a request is going to do anything to change the priority. Some times people struggle just to get as far as you to get them assign a problem number to their use case.
As for the actual causes it whereas without looking at the code I can’t give a definitive answer, my best guess is it is the same with all these multiple monitor problems. There are certain parts of the program where they are popping up information based on the main monitor when they should be referring to the monitor that Quicken is on.
This is compounded by the fact that the Windows developers don’t seem to be using multiple monitors, or maybe not even using Quicken as a user at all. As I understand it the Quicken Windows developers are in India and as such can’t use for their own personal use other than offline.
