Offer budget reporting including carry-over totals.

Currently budget related reports only look at the monthly budgeted amount for comparisons, etc. It would be helpful that least have the option to use carried over totals for this reporting. There are some items that are best budgeted annually, but if you put the total in on January and turn on carry-over functionality your reports are worthless on that category. It also matters only monthly budgeted items, but the annually budgeted items are most illustrative.
