CC-503 with ETrade savings accounts [Edited]

Problem just in my etrade account .. all the brokerage accounts download w/o issues, but the premium savings accounts will not download .. 2 step authentication .. I always try to download the premium savings accounts after download the brokerage accounts ..

Often it will open a window asking for the two step activation code .. which I supply and it will properly download .. but that does not happen each time I try to download ..

I have always used two step activation in my etrade accounts .. this problem started when I opened some premium savings accts for the first time …..

Windows 11 updated to latest release….any suggestions?

    Thank you for letting us know you're seeing this issue. To clarify, is this an intermittent issue? Based on your description, it sounds like sometimes you are seeing the multi-factor authentication (MFA) prompt, and sometimes you aren't. Do you get the CC-503 error only when there isn't a MFA prompt?

    You mentioned that this started when you opened new accounts. About when was that? Are those new accounts under the same userID and password as your existing accounts? Did you previously have premium savings accounts that were updating as expected, or are all of the premium savings accounts new accounts and having this issue?

    «Do you get the CC-503 error only when there isn't a MFA prompt?» yes only when there isn't a MFA prompt.. it takes multiple trys before I get the MFA prompt.. and some days I never get it..

    premium accounts : first time I've used them and they failed from the get go .. created sometime last year .. yes all under the same id/pw .. when I go online and sign in, I see all of my accounts including the premium accounts. .. all premium accounts have the same isssue .. also when I update one of the premium savings accounts, ALL of the premium accounts get updated/downloaded into quicken. quicken NEVER asks me for the MFA code when downloading the brokerage accounts. .. problem exists ONLY for the premium savings accounts.
