I updated to the new download process for Fidelity into Quicken and since then the total value in the register and the total value in the Holdings window for the Fidelity IRA do not match. There is one mutual fund that the shares are different from what Fidelity's Web page shows. If I adjust the value of those shares in the holdings window the overall holdings value is now correct but the register value is incorrect. This was not an issue prior to switching to the new download process. There has been too much time since updating to the new process to go back to a backup version prior to updating to the new process. Are there any fixes for this problem? Thank you for your help on this.

    Hello @ga1996,

Thank you for letting us know you're seeing this issue. Issues with inconsistent handling and incorrect number of shares with Mutual Funds is a known issue that our teams are working with Fidelity to fix (CTP-13955).

It sounds like the attempt to manually correct the issue didn't work as intended. Were you able to revert to before that manual change was made, or are you needing assistance correcting it?

If you do need assistance, it would be helpful if you could include screenshots of the holdings and the register (with any personal information redacted), so that we can get a better idea of what is happening, and make better recommendations on how to correct it.

I look forward to your reply!

Thank you for answering. Too much time has passed to go back to a backup copy of Quicken at a much earlier date. Too many other transactions from other accounts have also been updated. Attached are pictures of the transaction log and the holdings page. I have circled the mutual fund that I believe is causing the difference. Again, thank you for your help on this.
