Fidelity Express Web Connect+ doesn't download transactions
Around early August 2025, Quicken prompted to change Fidelity connection method. I authorized and everything went through without errors. But now it just won't download any transactions, and it won't say any error. I reset and authorized again, but this didn't fix the problem.
I have Fidelity NetBenefits from my employer and a few personal IRA accounts.

Thanks for reaching out! I understand how frustrating it can be when everything authorizes correctly but no transactions appear.
We do currently have an active alert for missing transactions with Fidelity Excpress Web Connect+ accounts, which likely applies to what you’re seeing. Please refer to this Community Alert for any and all available updates and information. We do not have an ETA on resolution at this time.
Additionally, I’m sharing this Support Article as it explains why transactions might not appear in Quicken and gives guidance if this happens frequently.
