I've got an account that says it has a transaction pending, but there are none.

I'm running Quicken Classic Deluxe (R63.32 build 27.1.63.21) on Windows 11 pro (24H2). I've tried all the fixes listed in this link:
https://community.quicken.com/discussion/7960850/quicken-reports-i-have-uncleared-transactions-but-none-exist
Loading a backup that was before the problem exist doesn't have the flag, but as soon as I update the account, the problem shows up. Downloaded Transaction in the account show zero. Online Center also reports zero. The account will reconcile without a problem. If I try to deactivate the account, it won't let me because it says I have downloaded transactions that must first be accepted.

    Hello @chuckpint,

Thank you for letting us know you're seeing this issue. Since you followed the troubleshooting recommended in an earlier discussion, and the issue persists, then it's quite likely you're impacted by the known issue described in this Community Alert:

Please try following these steps to further troubleshoot the issue:

    1. Create a backup.
    2. Go to Add account (+) and add a new "offline account". Screenshot 2025-08-19 at 3.40.15 PM.png
    3. From the affected account, select all transactions on that account > Right click and select "Move transaction(s)" > From the Move to account dropdown, select the newly added offline account. All transactions should now be in the offline account. Screenshot 2025-08-19 at 3.42.32 PM.png
    4. Once confirmed that ALL transactions are in the offline account, DELETE the affected account.
    5. Go to Tools>Add Account, follow the prompts, and make sure to link to the offline account you created to the financial institution (Note - Make sure to check for, and delete or match any duplicate transactions that download). Link to Existing.png

Please let me know how it goes!
