Cannot access usaa checking download. When I request connection I am asked to logon and when USAA authorizes download Quicken only requests download for credit card account but not checking account.

Can you give us some additional information about this downloading problem, so we can understand what is happening?
Is this the first time you trying to connect this USAA checking account in Quicken, or have you been downloading into Quicken in the past, but it is now not working?
Are you seeing an "error code" in Quicken when trying to connect? If so, what is the code, or message that Quicken is showing?
Any additional details about what happens when you try to connect will help us better understand the problem, and help you fix it.

I have the same problem with USAA, I can sync my Credit Card account but not my Checking Account. I get the same return after Authorization as they did above!

Me too.
Interesting. I ran OSU earlier this morning and successfully connected to USAA (checking and credit) and it pulled in new checking transactions. everything reconciled OK.
Seeing this, I just reran it again and it "failed". Sorry I didn't note the specific error. I walked through the "fix it" process, re-authorized, linked to my checking account (credit card showed "Don't add") and it completed without error. Since I download transactions earlier, there were no new transactions this last time.
