One step is hanging, let it run over 30 minutes before having to stop task in the task manager.
Current subscription ends soon 8/29 and in order to continue downloads, I downgraded the plan online to Deluxe due to the high annual cost of the Business version.
Deluxe version doesn't take effect until the 29th. Could the mix/match of versions cause the hang up?
Any thoughts/help would be appreciated.
