transactions don't download for commerce bank and fidelity visa

starting 3 days ago, the transaction download is not working for commerce bank (checking account) and for fidelity visa. I'm running q deluxe on windows 11 system, updated to current version. I've tried resetting the accounts, still no transactions, and no error messages. the accounts show the current/correct online balance, so there is a connection being made, but no download of activity. suggestions?
