why does my schwab investment account become unlinked?

My Charles Schwab investment account has been updating normally and correctly for a few months. Now, after the last update, the whole Quicken investment account is wrong and reupdating or resetting is not fixing the error. This has happened with others also. What is the fix to maintain the connection and data?

What update are you referring to (a program/computer update, running One Step Update, something else)? When you say the whole investment account is wrong, what exactly is going wrong? You mentioned this is happening with others too. Is this happening with other accounts with Schwab, or with other financial institutions? Are investment accounts the only ones affected, or are you seeing this with other account types?
