Received 50% off for sub expiring, doesn't work
As noted, in title, I got 50% off to entice me back to subscribe, but when I try and do it, it gives me a ERR0001 and other times with my logged in account it tries to charge me the full price. How do I get the 50% off to stick. It definitely is an email and popup from within the program that says I am eligible for the 50% off. Any help would be awesome, thanks everyone!

Since this involves a promotional email and billing issue, I recommend reaching out to Quicken Support directly by phone. Our phone support agents have the necessary tools to verify the offer and help process the order, which we’re unable to do from the Community.
