Having issue with updating Fidelity transactions and it just got worse - any help?

For some time, when I attempt to update dividend transactions from Fidelity, they do not update. As a fix, I delete the account and add it back to Quicken. This has worked pulling in all transactions until yesterday.

When I attempted yesterday, it only asked me for beginning balance, and no transactions were uploaded. Pretty frustrating as now all my reports, history, etc… in Quicken not tracking without transaction history. Any suggestions?

    Hello @kennethsax,

Thank you for contacting the Community with this issue. Deleting your account is not recommended because it does cause you to lose historical information (if you're not able to redownload the information from the financial institution).

To get the lost transaction history back, I recommend that you restore a backup from before the account was deleted.

It sounds like the issue that prompted you to delete the account was transactions failing to download into your account. When did that problem first start? Aside from deleting and re-adding the problem account, what troubleshooting have you already attempted for the issue?

Also, please be aware that missing transactions with Fidelity is currently a known issue. If you haven't already done so, please bookmark the alert linked below to be notified of updates, once available, and know when the issue is resolved:

I look forward to your reply!

It has been close to a month now. That's a long time to fix a self inflictued critical bug. Any update?
