Problem downloading bank account transactions
When I download bank account transactions, Quicken has recently started asking if I want to create a new account or link to an existing account. It never used to do that. I have tried de-activating and re-activating the problem accounts, but that didn't fix the issue. Anyone know how to fix this?

Which bank? What BUILD of Q are you running (do HELP, About Quicken for this info)?
What download method (do TOOLS, Account List, look in the "Transaction Download" column adjacent to the account name)?
