Issues with banking transactions downloading

Since the most recent patch my banking and credit card transactions have ceased to download. I’ve manually reinstalled the patch and restored a backup file prior to the update with no luck. Also quicken is syncing with quicken cloud which is currently disabled in my preferences.

    1. Which financial institution(s) are affected?
    2. Are you receiving any error messages or codes when attempting to download transactions?
    3. Where is your Quicken data file stored? Is it on your local hard drive (C: Drive) or a cloud-based/external drive (e.g., OneDrive, DropBox, USB)?
    4. Are you using a VPN while updating your accounts? If so, does disabling it make any difference?
    5. Do you have any antivirus or malware protection software running that may be interfering with Quicken? If so, have you tried temporarily disabling it to see if the issue persists?

    The institutions affected are Chase Bank and Amex as well as a smaller regional bank. I disabled virus protection noting that this had not been a problem previously. It did not help. No error messages. The data is stored on google drive but accessed locally from my hard drive. VPN is not used. Also, the brokerage accounts are not affected and are downloading transactions. The software goes through the Onestep update cycle but during the process it launches syncing with quicken cloud which is turned off. The update finished but no transactions are downloaded or online balances updated. It does state in the register header an updated last download date and time though.

    I’ve also restored a backup prior to the last update without any success. I’ve also manually installed the last patch without any success.

    Lastly, I’ve reset all the affected online accounts as well as reinstalled the program. This actually worked and downloaded some of the account transactions for 2 of 3 Chase accounts one time but then reverted back to the current state of not downloading.
