Unable to Activate One Step Update with Citibank Credit Card

I am getting the following error trying to activate one step update for my Citibank credit card. The issue happens with I try setting it up for an existing account on the Online Services Tab of the Account Details screen AND when I try creating a brand new account.

The message says its an authentication issue, but here's the verification message from Citibank's authorization process in my Chrome browser.

    Here's the version of Quicken I'm using.

    Hello @Brian Coleman,

    Thank you for providing the details and screenshots. To try and resolve the authentication issue with your Citibank credit card, please follow these steps:

    1. Deactivate All Citibank Accounts in Quicken
      • Follow the deactivation instructions in this support article for your account(s).
    2. Unlink Accounts Directly via Citibank Website
      • Sign in to the online branch.
      • On the Account Summary screen, click Member Profile > Credentials & Security.
      • Scroll to the bottom to Third-Party Services.
      • Locate Quicken and remove/unlink it.
    3. Reactivate Accounts in Quicken
      • Follow the reactivation instructions in this support article to add and authorize your Citibank accounts again.

    This process resets the connection between Quicken and Citibank and typically resolves authentication errors during One Step Update.
