Constantly having to reconnect Citibank [Edited]

I have multiple Citibank Accounts (all with the same login). Quicken has been repeatedly losing the connection with one or more of the accounts on almost a daily basis for the past month or so. It takes multiple logins to get the accounts back and within a day or so one or more are again not connected. It's like playing whack a mole. It takes way too much of my time to keep reconnecting multiple times a day. I have taken to manually entering transactions because, sadly, it takes less time. What can be done?

    Hello @ronfel,

Thank you for reaching out to the Community with this issue. To help troubleshoot, please provide more information. What error message/code are you seeing? If you are not seeing any errors, then please describe what is happening. I checked our internal tools, to see if there was any further insight there, but no error messages/codes show up. I do see you sent a problem report on the 20th of this month. Is the Access_Denied message the error that you're seeing when your accounts lose connection?

I look forward to your response!

    Thank you for your reply,

To start troubleshooting this, I recommend that you backup your Quicken file, deactivate the problem accounts, then reconnect the accounts by navigating to Accounts>Add Account and following the prompts. On the Add/Link screen, make sure to carefully link the accounts to the correct account in Quicken.

Please let me know how it goes!
