August 2025 Update - Online Bill Updates Fail

Ever since the August 2025 update NONE of my online bills update!!!

    Thank you for letting us know you're seeing this problem. To help troubleshoot, please provide more information. Were you prompted to reconnect your online billers after the update? If you were, did they reconnect properly, but now aren't updating?

    No they did not say reconnect. They all say awaiting next bill, but several of them have already has already come out. There is nothing requiring attention. Thought it would be fixed with the latest update??

    SAme issue. Even more issues. Bills are connected to wrong accounts. New transactions now prompt "is this the scheduled payment for xx of $0? and no it's not. Accounts I don't use have bills attached. All bills will not reconnect and no biller is found - for netflix? Cannot sent a report a problem through the program either. This needs to be rolled back immediately.

    Please backup your file, then in the Bills & Income tab, click the gear icon near the upper right, select Review and Repair, then select Review and Repair Online Billers.

    Due to the larger number of issues you're encountering, you may want to restore a backup from before the issue started. If the issues persist in the newly restored backup, please start a new discussion and provide more details (plus screenshots, if you're willing) about each issue, so we can help you troubleshoot.

    This only started happening when the new update came out and I have done the repair online billers several time,

    Due to the nature of the issue, I recommend that you contact Quicken Support directly for further assistance since they have access to tools that we can't access on the Community and they're able to escalate the issue as needed.
