cannot re-activate download for tiaa brokerage
I have 2 tiaa brokerage accounts. I used to have both do automatic downloads. During the outage where tiaa brokerage download was failing (for over a week) I thought perhaps I needed to redo the account downloading, so I disabled it on one of the 2 accounts, which failed to activate. Today it began working again, for the one I still had activated. So, I tried to re-activate the one I had de-activated. This goes through all the motions, but still says it's not activated. Is this still broken?

Hello @ET99,
Thanks for sharing these details.
To clarify, when you attempt to re-activate the account, what exactly happens? Do you see any specific error message or code during setup, or does it appear to connect successfully but then still show as not activated when you go back to check?
This will help us better understand what’s happening and how to move forward in troubleshooting.
Check back and let us know!

never mind, after noticing it had created a new account, i went back to a backup and re-did the re-activate. I then noticed the menu item for linking it to an existing account and it worked.

Same here. Mine stopped working for about a week. I received an error message that "it was not my fault." I reactivated the account, which took several attempts, and it seemed to fix the problem. No transactions, however, have been downloaded.
