Invoice Email Preview Format II

Quicken seems to do this for me too.

The formatting of the text to the customer (as shown below) seems to insert lots of line returns on it's own which requires I edit this message text every time I create an invoice. Does anyone know if this is a file somewhere that can be edited or how I can suppress this behavior?

Thank you for reaching out with this question. Based on our article about emailing invoices, it doesn't look like there's a customizable template for the email itself. The article mentions that after you enter the email address, you should be able to choose between HTML or plain text. Are you seeing that option? If you do see that option, does it make any difference which one you select?

Just posting a follow-up. The issue with extra line returns in the invoice emails has already been reported to our teams for further investigation and resolution. We do not have an ETA for when it will be corrected.
