I think you are telling us that you used to be able to download transactions involving your "CI Mutuals Funds" into Quicken, but now transactions are no longer being downloaded into the Quicken Investment Account containing those Funds, and you'd like help getting those transactions to start downloading again? Is that correct?

The first thing I did after reading your question was to open my (United States) version of the Quicken file "fidir.txt" and I could not find any financial institution in that file with a name that began with "CI ". So either the financial institution is a Canadian financial institution serving only Canadian users, or some other financial institution is holding those "CI Mutuals Funds."

    So some questions for you:

    1. What is the exact name of the financial institution in your Quicken Investment Account holding those funds? (Right-click the name of the Account in the Account Bar, select "Edit/Delete account.")
    2. What is the downloading method used for the Account? (Click on "Online Services" tab.)

CI Mutual funds is a (large) Canadian fund management company not a financial institution. The funds will be held elsewhere. I'm guessing the OP is indicating that unit price updates are no longer happening when they run OSU. @Daniel Lafleur if I have understood your problem correctly, post the name and FundServ codes for a couple of the funds and I'll test them out.
