Unable to download from Wells Fargo
I have a checking account and two credit card accounts in WF, I can connect to Wells Fargo online, connection is successful, but it does not download transactions for any accounts. Resetting or deactivate/active is not resolving the issue. Any help is welcome.

Thanks for reaching out. Missing transactions in Quicken can happen for a number of reasons, even when the connection to your bank appears successful. Some common causes include:
- Transactions are still pending on your bank’s side.
- The transactions are older than what Wells Fargo allows to download (usually 90–200 days).
- Transactions were matched, deleted, or moved to another account in Quicken.
- Filters, sort order, or hidden accounts in your register may be affecting what you see.
A good first step is to check that your register’s sort order is by Date, reset the register to remove any filters, and confirm you’re not viewing hidden accounts. If that doesn’t resolve it, follow the steps in this support article for more detailed guidance.
If the issue persists, you may need to contact Quicken Support directly for further assistance so they can review your log files and escalate if needed.
