Why does my Fidelity financial information still not download correctly on updates?

I am using windows Quicken Classic Premier, the latest edition. When I try to update my Fidelity accounts, the prices for my CD's, four of them, fail to update and put in much less prices. Instead of a price saying 100.65, it will say 0.95. Why is this still happening? How does it get fixed?
