R 64.23 of Quicken Premier for Windows degraded portfolio X-ray by removing the identification of a portfolio's benchmark (e.g. S&P 500; similar style target portfolio etc.), and by removing the ability for the user to choose which benchmark to apply.

Please bring back these features of x-ray.

I agree, it's really hampered the functionality of X-Ray to not be able to select or create a benchmark. At a minimum should draw benchmark percentages from the Portfolio Allocation benchmark section or bring back the ability to select common benchmarks. Even more useful improvement would be to also be able to select things like a Vanguard or similar target date fund to compare to. Why was this feature dropped?

Two recent Alerts may shed some light on this issue.

The release notes for R66.11 indicate that some improvements have been made to the X-Ray, apparently AI generated comments on the allocation.

The second alert indicates that this does not work.

So at least it appears that they are trying to fix the X-Ray. We'll see what happens.
