Can't set up Costco Citicard for quickpay

I'm on release R64.23 Windows 10

When trying to set up my Costco card in quickpay it gives me a choice of 7 mailing addresses to chose from None of those match what is on my paper bill. The address there is City of Industry, CA.

Can we get that added to the list?
