Can not login to latest Quicken software

i having problems logging in to the latest version of quicken on a Windows 11 machine.

I can login on line with no problems, but using the same username with the same password i get the message saying invalid username or password.

I have tried everything but it's just not working, can someone tell me what I try next.

    Hi @WelshMan ,

    Check your settings on your Windows 11 Computer as well as your Anti-Virus. Sometimes, Windows 11 is over aggressive in protecting you. Try turning off, applications and restarting the computer. You must restart.

    Thank you for your help. It still comes up with the same invalid username and password. I have even reset my password and the same error comes up.

    I use the desktop software more than anything else and I cannot even start with a new file, the same error comes up.

    What happens if you try uninstalling and reinstalling the software?

    Cannot log into my Quicken account. Even after I log in all I get is invalid password. I' lost count of how many times I changed it in the last two days.
