Is there a known issue with schwab connections? I'm running R64.23 build 27.1.64.23 on windows and started getting an error trying to download transactions from schwab a few days ago as follows:

Instructions from Financial Institution

Charles Schwab & Co, Inc

Charles Schwab & Co Inc is reporting connection issues

The associated accounts can't update right now. We are investigating the issue.

Looking over in the "Alerts, Online Banking & Known Product Issues" area I'm not seeing anything related to your problem and, personally, transactions downloaded into my Quicken Schwab Accounts seem to be processing normally.

The problem you describe certainly sounds like this problem with Citi Bank that has popped up recently:

and I've encountered this one, personally. However, despite the warning transactions continued to be downloaded into my Citi Bank Accounts.

Does the error actually reported in the OSU summary look the same as the picture above with "Schwab" in place of "Citi Cards?"

Do transactions continue to to be downloaded into your Schwab Accounts?

I think you should use the "Report a problem…" option under the "Help" drop down sending a screen shot of the actual OSU error, along with your Quicken log files and, possibility, a "sanitized" version of your data file to Quicken to try and flag this as a problem to the programmers. And then call Official Quicken Support to set up a "ticket" for the issue since this seems to be a wider spread problem that's affecting downloads from more than one financial institution.

Having this issue as well. No way to update my CS accounts (brokerage or 401k).
