I've been trying to add my wife's Virginia Retirement System (VRS) account into Quicken for Windows for a few months now. I always receive a CC-501 error when I do so. There's no issue with my logging directly into the website.
I noticed in the upper left corner of the Add Account dialog box that there's an incomplete Web address for the VRS site (see attachment). Could this be the source of Quicken's inability to connect to the account?
