Incomplete data transfer between Quicken and Fidelity HSA account

I am a new Quicken Mac Classic user and am having issues with getting data from my Fidelity Account. I have successfully linked the two accounts and Quicken receives the data but it is only a partial list (<20 transactions). Is there something I'm missing or is this a known issue?

I did export a CSV my computer and it has all of the data. I tried importing it as a Mint CSV but it gets an error saying this was not downloaded from Mint.

Any suggestions?

Thx.

Of the transactions that DO download, how far back do they go?

The FI, not Q, determines how far back a download initiated from within Q can go … and while I don't know about HSA accounts (I don't have one), anywhere between 30 and 90 days is the typical limit.

Can you initiate a download from that HSA account in Web Connect format? Frequently, with many FIs, that method will let you download transactions that are older than the 90-day limit.

Thanks for the reply. All my FI accounts are connected via Quicken Connect. The only one that doesn't sync properly is the HSA. Not sure what's happening here but I'll just have to work around it for now…
