Attachments Drag and drop is not working

Quicken Windows Subscription Member ✭✭✭
As seems to happen every time there is an update, the drag and drop feature has stopped working. An attempt just shows the red circle. It often comes back a few days later. But this time it has not.
Before I finally figured it out, I closed and reopened Quicken, Validated and Super-Validated, etc. Turns out it needed a Refresh Sign in located under the help menu.
