New Capital Credit Union connection not yet available

Using Windows and R64.23. Capital Credit Union in Wisconsin went to a new interface, now the web connection is not available. They said it should be fixed in 30 days. It's been over 30 days and still does not work. When will you have this problem corrected?

- Which Capital Credit Union listing in our bank list are you selecting? (Capital CU WI, or Capital CU WI – WC)
- If you’ve tried both, what occurs with each one?

- Have you reached out to your bank to confirm which of the two listings is the correct one to use?
