Account Transaction Download Issues with R64.23 using Windows 11

Since downloading the latest release, for the past two days Express Web Connet has become disconnected from my accounts which resulted in needing to execute the Reset Account option in order to complete downloading transactions. This affected 22 accounts from 6 companies including AMEX, CitiBank, Chase, BoA, Charles Schwab, and my bank account. The only account not affected is Fidelity.

I'd like to understand why this is occurring and if there's any information that I can provide to help resolve this issue.

AFter just resetting all the account, I exited out, logged back in, and then executed One Step Update. Again, one of the BoA accounts gave a CC-800 error. Once executing the Reset Account option, the transaction download was successful.

Thank you for sharing your experience! I'm glad to hear you were able to get transaction downloads working again.

To clarify, are you having to reset your accounts every time in order to download, or are they all now downloading properly when you run One Step Update?

Did you recently restore any backup Quicken files? If you have, that may also explain the behavior you encountered, since there is a chance of accounts getting out of sync with the server in a restored backup.

I did restore a backup on Friday, though after doing that I ran a validation. What would be the next step to getting the accounts in sync with the server?

If you are still having connection issues with your accounts, especially after restoring a backup, I recommend that you backup your Quicken file, deactivate the problem accounts, then reconnect them by navigating to Tools>Add Account and following the prompts. When you get to the Add/Link screen, make sure to carefully link your accounts to the proper nickname in Quicken.
