still not working - Unable to Update Biller. Quicken could not retrieve the list of billers

I have 5 billers left to be reconnected, failing since yesterday afternoon with "Unable to update billers Quicken could not retrieve the list of billers. Please try again later", which obviously isn't working. Examples are T-Mobile, Progressive Insurance, Atmos Energy, CoServ Electric, all of which worked previously. Version 64.23 build 27.1.64.23. Am I the only one?

Thank you for sharing your experience. To help troubleshoot this issue, please provide more information. Have you restarted your Quicken program and/or your computer since this issue started?

I have tried the suggestions you mention and more, none were helpful here. I will try this suggestion on the remaining problem reminders. I may have actually/inadvertently done this on the ones that I did get to work :)

I have one biller that needed to reconnect, Evergy, that would never connect. At one point, did get some pending attempts, then failures. Now, same message, Unable to update billers. On one attempt, Quicken message said to delete the biller which I did. So, there is no biller, no reminders or anything. Tried to add but get that message. Did all the restarts and downloaded the latest update today, R64.25. Will this ever work?

I am still unable to reconnect billers. They go from pending to failed in 10 seconds.
