What banks are supported for credit card payments with new Quicken Mac 8.3.0?

I'm trying to set up Quick Pay for credit card billers. I'm 0/3 of these credit card banks:

USAA

Citibank

Chase

They all say:

What credit card banks does the new Quick Pay work for?

When I set up my American Express card it did update the balance & due date after the statement was issued, but I wasn't able to download a statement through Quicken so it was only a partial success.

Fidelity Visa card didn't work - it seemed to set up OK but it never updated after the statement came out.

I have connected the accounts as e-bills successfully. But when attempting to pay with Quick Pay, I got that error along the way after entering biller name, account number, and biller zip code

Sorry for the delayed response. Since the error message is claiming that it can't find the biller with the information provided, the first thing I'd recommend is just double checking to verify the information is entered correctly.

Please also navigate to Help>Report a Problem and submit a problem report with log files attached so that we can look into this issue further.

Following up on my earlier post,

I checked with our teams, and they said that if putting in the biller's zip code doesn't work, try leaving the zip code blank.

@Quicken Kristina I just filed a problem report for the failure to add any of the 3 credit card bills to Quick Pay.

Unable to add them either without ZIP code, with 5-digit ZIP code, or ZIP+4 code. Always got the same popup error shown above.
