When entering the rate on an invoice allowing 3 digits after the dot for cents category (Q Mac)

I have a Longarm Machine Quilting Business. When I invoice clients I charge by the square inch. I currently charge $0.025 but the rate always rounds up to $0.03.

I am able to manually change the total amount to the correct amount, however the system won't let me change or leave blank the rate. Thus I have to manually write on the printed invoice the correct rate and I am unable to send an electronic invoice.
