I get a screen that I fill out my Verizon Wireless billing information, but the results come as "Failed".
Any suggestions?
I'm not sure, but this may be a variation of what I posted in another thread.
*** Q's prior online bill provider got out of that business … so Q had to find a new provider.
The provider they chose doesn't currently offer as many, or the same, list of billers as the old provider … but they're adding billers all the time.
SO, sorry, but you'll just have to wait it out and see if your billers get added later.
Meanwhile please consider this workaround
