Cannot add billers with latest version of Quicken Classic

I have the very latest version of Quicken R64.25 which I installed today. It resolved my old-standing problem of deleting duplicate billers. This is good.

However, I still cannot add the following 3 online billers: PS&G Long Island, Liberty Utilities (Water) and T-Mobile. I am entering correct information as asked in a popup dialog, however, they do not connect, and the FAILED sign is displayed. I used to be able to connect to T-Mobile and PSE&G in the past, so what is the issue now? Why is it not working with the improved billing manager?

    Q's prior online bill provider got out of that business … so Q had to find a new provider.

    The provider they chose doesn't currently offer as many, or the same, list of billers as the old provider … but they're adding billers all the time.

    SO, sorry, but you'll just have to wait it out and see if your billers get added later.

    I believe Sphera said they added the biller and received a "Failed" message. So the biller is in the current list of billers provided by this new provider. If you try to add T-Mobile, it is in the list as well as PS&G Long Island. I have the same situation with Evergy, my electric company. It's in the list and I complete the required information but the addition is always met with the "Failed" message. Sometimes you get it immediately, sometimes you get a message that Quicken is working on it in the background. I had another biller which worked under the old system but is not offered at this time in the new one so I will have to wait and see if this new "more reliable" system will add them in the future. Bottom line, if the biller is listed and you are asked to complete the registration information, then it should work. Not a matter of waiting for them to add.
