Support team not calling after making appointments for 2 different days:
I am dealing with a problem on my Mac for the last week, I've talked to a few different reps without any help from them. I have made two call back appointments with them on different dates at different times but I am not getting any callbacks. Does anyone know where I could reach executive team or somebody higher up in the corporation because I need a escalation of my problem to hire management. I'm not getting any results with their representatives after spending hours online and especially the no return calls on my appointment dates and times.
