Months ago I had the issue where my Citi Doublecash card no longer connected and when trying to reconnect the account I got a bad gateway error from the Citi side during connection.
The fix was to reauthorize the connection as a Costco Citi card (it isn't but it working).
Yesterday, each time I connected to an online download I would have to reauthorize the card again for the online connection.
Today, it won't reauthorize because it goes to a bad gateway on the Citi connect site after logging in. I had to do multiple online connections yesterday because of the Fidelity issues and now this…………
Anyone else having new issues connecting a Citi DoubleCash back card since 9/12/25?
