This issue occured about a month ago. I've continued to download, Etc. However, these downloads are working - but the transactions are being placed into what is now N/A account names. I cannot determine if they are accurate and/or what goes where.
I attempted to resolve by spending a couple of hours with regular support. But the second I mentioned Beta, all support stopped. They suddenly stopped assisting me and sent me here.
I've completed all the troubleshooting steps, including Super Validation, Etc, but to no avail.
Any input from you guys would be greatly appreciated!
