R64.25 Build 27.1.64.25 Still fails to reconnect bills

Support says they are aware of major billers (Verizon Wireless, Cox Communications, etc) fail to reconnect since Build 27.1.64.24.
No workaround EXCEPT manual billing reminders.
No ETA for a fix.

R64.25 Build 27.1.64.25 d not fix the problem did not fix problems identified in ticket 11933060.
