Quicken recently prompted me to reauthorize all my fidelity accounts. They are all connected via "Express Web Connect+". After update and download, all my treasuries and Bonds (CDs) now have a current price of approximately $1 (1.0019 or 1.0027). Unfortunately there all should be $100 except the treasuries. This is happening across both brokerage and retirement type accounts. None of the "bonds" are duplicate and all unique. All my stocks have no issues.
I have searched on the forums, no joy. The interactive support help told me to deactivate and reactivate. I tried that, but it that makes it so I can't link my account in Quicken to any of the accounts in Fidelity. Specifically, after the successful reauthentication step, Quicken shows all the account from Fidelity and their associated linked account in Quicken. The one account that I tried does not show up in the Quicken list at all.
So I tried just creating a new account in Quicken. It downloads everything, but the "bonds" all still have the same $1 value in the new account. So this does not look like it is account specific and leads me to believe this is a quicken/fidelity interaction issue.
Anybody else have this issue? Or something close to it?
TIA.
