Why is Intuit user & password being requested?
I am trying to restore my Quicken 2016 Premier data file (backup) (from my Windows 10 PC) to my new Windows 11 PC. I have installed Quicken (from my Quicken 2016 Premier CD) to the new computer, but when I log into Quicken and attempt to restore my backup, it asks for my "Intuit user name and password" I do not have an Intuit account.

Nine years ago Intuit still owned Quicken, so at that time you DID have an Intuit account.
Unfortunately, even if you had that info, those servers have long since been shut down.
The only thing that I'm aware of that you can do at this time is to upgrade to a newer Q product.

Thanks, I wondered about that possibility. I guess moving to the new computer was what triggered this. I've been able to restore my backup a few times on the Windows 10 computer over the years, without being queried for an Inuit logon. I will call them tomorrow and confirm.
