After creating detailed Help trouble report, error about too many attachments wipes it out.

Is there some way, of closing the error message about too many attachments in an error report without wiping out the report so that it can be corrected instead of tediously having to build it again?

Also, the trouble reporting screen does not have a vertical scroll bar. On small screens, it becomes impossible to deselect logs that don't display on the screen.

    Hello @leishirsute,

Thank you for letting us know you're running into this problem. Unfortunately, the answer to your question is no. Currently, if you try to send more than 10 attachments, you'll get the error message, and it wipes out everything you entered into the Report a Problem form. Our teams are aware of this behavior, and there is a ticket to get that behavior changed.

    Thank you!

I would suggest you keep the Help / Report … description short and simple, referring instead to the URL of a Community discussion you started with the detailed description. You can attach (or drag and drop) multiple images to the discussion, as needed.

The description wasn't the problem. It was the number of attachments.
