HD VISA (U.S. Bank issued) and Quicken Web connect fix (?) v3
The issue is, Express Web Connect for the US Bank-hosted Harley Davidson Visa Card is not available as an automated feature. - Not listed in the available institution during the setup wizard.
I have tried downloading QFX file from the bank, and Quicken does not recognize the file, Error message: "Quicken is currently unable to verify the financial institution information for this download. Please Try again later."
All transaction entry and reconciliation has to be performed manually.

For financial institutions not listed in Quicken’s financial institution list, automated downloads are only possible if the institution requests to be added through our service providers. If you want this Harley Davidson Visa card to be supported in Quicken, you’ll need to contact the financial institution directly and request that your account be made available for Quicken downloads.
However, since this card is issued by U.S. Bank, you could also try adding it under the main U.S. Bank listing (U.S. Bank Internet Banking) during setup and see if that works.
Regarding the QFX file issue: QFX files are generated directly by the bank. If Quicken cannot verify the file, the bank will need to investigate. It’s often helpful to escalate to a supervisor or Tier 2 support agent when contacting the bank, as they typically have more experience with third-party software like Quicken and can assist with making the QFX download functional.

Thanks for the response. I will try contacting US Bank.
I have tried U.S. Bank Internet Banking. That is linked to there primary banking service not any of there hosted cards.
